Led by Fay Noei, an MSc-qualified Sports Rehabilitation professional, Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, Level 3 Personal Trainer and MSK Technical Instructor.

Our personalised sessions combine hands-on treatment, targeted exercises and practical advice to help you move better, build strength and improve your confidence in movement.
